There is no other gym culture that compares to what you will be welcomed with when you walk into C2MA.

Jui Jitsu is challenging and I do not know a better person for my children to be in the care of than Crimson.

As a parent it is so pleasing and comforting to see a coach show the same love and care for my children as Crimson does whilst challenging them to learn and grow.

In the years we have been a part of the gym, we have witnessed many kids develop under Crimson that have grown into wonderful role models for our children to be around.

A good judge of a gym’s quality is its members base and in the adults classes you will see every colour belt on the mats which is a testament to the quality of the coaching and the culture of the gym.

I can not recommend C2 highly enough

What mental benefits can adults expect from training? Students develop increased confidence, improved focus, greater discipline, stress reduction, and mental resilience that transfers to all areas of life.
How effective is the training for self-defence? Our training provides practical self-defense skills based on techniques proven effective in real situations. The Legion 13 methodology emphasizes techniques that work regardless of size or strength differences.
Is there a community aspect to training at C2? Absolutely. C2 Martial Arts fosters a supportive community where members build lasting friendships, training partnerships, and a sense of belonging that extends beyond class time.
What should I bring to my first class? For your first class, bring comfortable athletic clothing (t-shirt and shorts/sweatpants), water bottle, flip flops and a positive attitude.
